• It's normal for the coatings to lose their shine and original color over time. In these cases, the piece can be re-dipped.

• Over time, Sterling Silver can naturally lose its shine and even blacken.
  
• For proper cleaning of the piece, we recommend using a special silver-cleaning cloth (this type of product should be used following the manufacturer's instructions).
