Why would we just choose an earlook for the right side and replicate it on the left? For those of us who prefer not to get bored, the possibility of buying earrings individually, and not in pairs, opens the doors to be even more creative.

The reality is that we all have loose earrings in our jewelry boxes. Many times, because we have lost a partner and we have been left with an odd earring. 

The good thing is that they have been a trend for a long time, so we not only take advantage of our loose earrings, but we also already buy them like this.

It doesn't matter if we talk about art, fashion or design. Although symmetry is associated with beauty, its opposite (asymmetry) leads us towards creative freedom.

Anything goes and everything has its place, there is no doubt about that. But the sensations it causes are different.

I give you an example.

The perfect balance of the Parthenon façade conveys harmony, order and proportion. Its contemplation brings serenity.

But, since that has not always been the intention of art, other possibilities have been explored and limits have been broken.

Think now of the figures in Picasso's Les Demoiselles d'Avignon , precursors of Cubism. The decomposition of the figures, the superimposed planes, the asymmetry of the faces... Isn't that more provocative?
